Brian rode in his first road bike event on Sat. March 15th called the McClinchy Mile. He rode 80.6 miles in 6 1/2 hrs!!! OK. I'm impressed! I meant to take a pic of him, but the camera was on video and didn't quite get what I was after. But I included his rider number. He was very proud and excited about this accomplishment. He's hoping to do the STP (Seattle to Portland) in one day this year which is just over 200 miles, so this is a great boost for that goal.

That's awesome. Troy and I really want to get into road biking... we just need to buy some bikes first!
Wow Brian! I am so impressed! That really is something to feel good about! It truly is liberating to finish something like that. I remember finishing my marathon and just sobbing because I had accomplished something that I thought was so much bigger than me! Keep it up! It so soothing to the soul! Very admirable!
