This is Alaina's birthday cake before/after pics. I've got them in reverse order, but you can hardly tell a difference anyway! Polite eater I guess ;) That's what I get for using white cake w/ light green frosting. Well, she's adorable anyway :)
Alaina just turned 1 on September 3rd and what a big girl she is!!! She's been walking for a solid 2 weeks now, but took her first official steps away from something at 10.5 months. And this video proves to those who have babysat her that she does indeed smile ;) What an angel baby! She goes in for surgery on her cleft palate on Friday Sept. 11th. We're anxious to have that done and over with, with a happier, healthier baby on the other side. Happy Bday sweet pea.
