McClinchy Mile 2011

These are our pre-ride photos. I didn't take my camera with me on the ride, so this is all I've got :) Brian tackled 47 miles on the Granite Falls loop and it was a tough ride! I went the 34 mile Stanwood loop w/ 3 friends, plus 14 miles of another loop. So 48 miles! I was exhausted for sure, but felt pretty good for just riding a half century.

I'm so proud of myself :) It's a strange reality that I've become one of those people who accomplish these monsterously physical tasks. I always thought others that did that were seriously awesome. And here I am, riding with the pack :) Well, trying to keep up anyway!
