As a family we traveled up to Mt. Baker just to check out the area. One of the sights on the way up was Nooksack Falls - beautiful!
At the top of the pass, just beyond the ski area, is Heather Meadows which STILL has tons of snow.
Here's some snow skiing in our shoes.
Picture Lake is next to Heather Meadows. Really small lake with a path all the way around. Nice family stroll with awesome scenery.
Here's a pic of Mt. Baker across Picture Lake - gorgeous sights up there. A fun day!!! Just what we needed...

Wow those are some breathtaking shots! I got on here the other day and tried to see your Mt. Baker pics and they were not showing up for me, so I am so glad they did today! Thanks for sharing the beauties of Washintion...I really do miss the beautiful scenery that is so easily accessable in that state!
